Two Hotel Portfolio
Cubos Capital is under contract on a two hotel portfolio along a busy Interstate. Both properties are currently cashflow positive, but underperforming their potential. Both properties will undergo an extensive renovation and be rebranded. Management and operations will see extensive changes. Our local associate will be onsite as these changes take place. We currently operate in and understand this market well. We believe we can significantly increase nightly rates and ADR while reducing ongoing maintenance costs with the upfront renovation. The total cost for this project will be $7,900,000. The total investment will be $3,500,000 of which there is limited space available for placement. The Cubos Capital management will be investing a minimum of $2,000,000 to this project. Investors will receive 8% preferred interest payments and 40% of the profits up to a 15% total return on their investment.
