Cubos Capital is a real estate investment company focused on overwhelmingly mismanaged or neglected income producing properties.

Our portfolio generally consists of industrial, hospitality, storage facilities and high-end residential properties that require some level of physical renovation and management overhaul that provide a high potential for return on investment.

Our investors get a monthly income distribution as well as share in profits upon sale of projects

Expertise

Brian Lemmermann, Principal at Cubos Capital, has been investing in real estate projects for over 20 years across many states.

As a child, Brian spent his weekends renovating industrial and residential properties with his father where he learned the principles of value creation through hard work, physical renovation, and repurpose. 

Brian has spent many years as a successful entrepreneur and has founded and sold multiple multi-million dollar businesses.  Brian has held titles such as Owner, Chief Executive Office (CEO) and Regional Vice President (VP) for businesses with annual operating budgets from $1M to $500M. 

As as CEO Brian learned that optimizing operational excellence is a key driver of value creation.  Brian’s focus to address both physical and operational aspects of business has been the cornerstone of his success.

Prior to building a company that would allow for outside investors, Brian transacted over $60M in real estate investments with his own money.  Brian’s passion for real estate is what lead him to form Cubos Capital. 

The primary goal of Cubos Capital is to allow qualified investors to experience real estate investing.

To help ensure the success of Cubos Capital, Brian has brought together experts in the financial services, hospitality, and real estate industries to form his investment management team.

Business Philosophy

Patience, discipline, and understanding of value are the core of Cubos Capital's investment philosophy.

At Cubos Capital we look for neglected or mismanaged properties that can be purchased at a discount, improved, and then sold for an attractive return to our investors.

We generally look for projects where we can improve and optimize operations within the first 12 months.  We then operate the property as long as it takes to create maximum value. 

When a person becomes an investor, their money will be tied up until the project is complete and a sell transactions occurs.  Although investors do not have access to their invested capital, each investor will receive a monthly dividend on most projects.  As a result, the goal of each project is to execute a transaction and have our investors paid out within two years.

Principal and Founder

Experienced Chief Executive Office (CEO) with a demonstrated history of working in the services and real estate investment industry.  Brian is skilled in budgeting operations management, contract negotiations, sales management, and building renovation.  Brian has strong business improvement and development skills and has held roles of President, CEO, and other executive titles in service-based businesses with annual revenues from $30M to $500M.

Curtis Lamb

Co-Founder

Co-founder and partner of an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm that services high net worth families in a family-office type setting.  Curtis is also a founder of a subscription-based RIA firm that uses scale technology to help manage money of those young, or just starting out, investors.  Over his  25 year career in the financial services industry, Curtis has developed an understanding that clients come first and businesses don’t succeed without a high-level of focus on their clients.   Curtis has worked for two large Wall Street firms and has held several securities licenses.  Additionally, Curtis holds a BA and an MBA in finance.
