How It Works
Property Identification
Cubos Capital identifies specific projects for an investment (must meet certain criteria)
Capital Call
Cubos Capital makes a capital call to investors when the right property has been identified.
Payouts
Cubos Capital will pay a monthly dividend at an annual rate of 8% each month the property is held. When the property is sold Cubos Capital will distribute capital gains according to the profits of the project to each investor.
Staying in Touch
Cubos Capital will provide quarterly updates on the investments in the portfolio.
